Temporary location for JHRI Template Files

There are some known bugs with the LaTeX template files. We are looking for a volunteer to fix these bugs. Most authors can find a work around by downloading fresh copies of apacite.bst and apacite.sty. Originally, our instructions were to download new files from the websites below, but Stefanie Tellex found less buggy versions in the Ubuntu release. They are available below. Thanks Stefanie!
