Parallel Gibbs Sampler Package:
Windows Version(not avaliable now): Win_PGS.zip
Console Version: Con_PGS.zip
Console Version (Shared Memory): CSM_PGS.zip
Widows Version: It is easy! just double Click the Win_PGS icon!
Console Version (including Shared Memory version):
1) open Console window
2) execute Serial Gibbs Sampler, simply type:
Con_PGS (or CSM_PGS if you use shared memory version)
2) execute Parallel Gibbs sampler, type:
Con_PGS -mpi [config file] or
CSM_PGS -mpi [config file].
note1: the first data in your data_set file should be the number of the data you want to calculated (data0.txt will give you a good example).
note2: p2.txt is good example for you to figure out the config file.
